Agents can efficiently access and monitor all active mellohome client details, manage referrals, contact clients via email or phone directly from the app, and store comprehensive client preferences. Additionally, users can update their bio, profile, sales territory, availability status, and client's buying/selling status in real-time. The app also enables quick communication with loanDepot Licensed Lending Officers or mellohome Concierge with a simple click.
Please note that the mellohome App is not currently intended for Broker Partners, focusing solely on enhancing the experience for preferred referral partners.
